Who should not buy a stainless steel set
Stainless steel cookware is not nonstick. Eggs, delicate fish, and low fat cooking will stick until the pan is preheated properly and enough fat is used. If you want a set that is forgiving without technique, a nonstick or ceramic set is a better fit. Stainless sets are also heavy, so if weight is a concern, look for aluminum nonstick instead.
