Our editorial standard
Kitchen Cookware Set publishes buying advice about cookware sets for readers in the United States. This page sets out the rules our content follows. Our scoring method and product selection process are described separately on the How We Review page.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial relationships. Manufacturers and retailers do not review articles before publication, do not approve rankings, and cannot pay for placement or for a higher score. We do not publish sponsored posts presented as editorial content.
Accountability
Articles on this site are edited and signed off by Danny Rogers, the site editor. Where an article carries a byline, that person is accountable for its claims and its ranking. We do not publish under invented author names or fabricated credentials.
Accuracy
- Specifications, materials, capacities, and warranty terms are taken from manufacturer or retailer documentation. We do not estimate a number and present it as a fact.
- Claims we cannot source are either attributed to their origin or left out.
- Prices change constantly, so we do not treat a price quoted in body text as authoritative. The retailer listing is the source of truth.
- We do not use fabricated quotes, fabricated expert endorsements, or fabricated author credentials.
Balance
Every recommendation states its limitations. An article that lists only advantages is advertising, not review. We name the readers a product does not suit, and when a category has no good option at a given budget, we say that instead of recommending the least bad choice.
Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to help with drafting and research organisation. That does not change who is responsible for what you read. A person reviews and edits every article before publication, verifies factual claims against sources, and takes responsibility for the result. We do not publish unreviewed machine output, and we do not mass produce near duplicate articles.
Safety information
Cookware involves heat, coatings, and food contact. Where those subjects come up, we describe manufacturer limits such as maximum oven temperature and utensil restrictions, and we cite recognised standards or official agency guidance when we reference them. We do not give medical advice and we do not make health claims about cookware materials.
